I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellations may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment I request at least 24 hours notice. All cancellations must text me directly at 586-615-7635. Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged the cancellation fee as follows: 24 hours notice: service(s) may be canceled without charge Failure to show: entire service will be charged Cancellations not within the 24 hour notice: service(s) are subject to a charge of 50% of original amount of the service(s).
